Rosy McCarthy

Rosy McCarthy is a National Compliance Coordinator.

Rosy joined the firm in April 2004 as a Political Reports Specialist for the National Compliance Unit and has developed extensive experience in the preparation and filing of lobby and campaign disclosure reports nationwide. In March 2011, Rosy was promoted to be one of the Firm’s National Compliance Coordinators where she co-manages the filing of lobby and campaign reports for our nationwide clientele. Rosy also provides detained English/Spanish translation services for our campaign and lobby clients.

Prior to joining Nielsen Merksamer, Rosy worked at Tetra Tech DPK, a firm which specializes in the implementation of rule of law and good governance projects around the world. At DPK, Rosy handled the bookkeeping services for field offices in nine countries.
